We are a UK based business that designs in UK and ships out of UK. Because of this we are able to offer all domestic shipping free of charge.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - FREE Anywhere in the UK
We send by '2nd Class Signed For' Royal Mail.
- It will arrive in 2 - 4 days and requires a signature
- Insured for up to £100
Please remember to include your full details when you come to purchase and add shipping information to include the full delivery address with street number, street name and postcode, so that we may find you. As all parcels are signed for, it is important for us to receive all details as to not cause any delays.
Please be aware during this time, Covid-19 is causing some delays in shipping. There will be additional time added to a normal postal system, however, Royal Mail has been working to make this less frequent.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Flat Charge
We use Royal mail to post out of the UK with tracking numbers. We get it to your country with www.royalmail.com and then your delivery service takes it from there via your postal system.
We take responsibility for it leaving the UK.
We do not take responsibility for it being stolen or missing once it enters your country. Wee track it for you our end and let you know that it landed in your depot. That's all royal mail allows us to do.
- Delivery to you in 7 - 10 business days
Please be aware during this time, Covid-19 is causing some delays in shipping out of UK. There will be additional 2 to 3 days added to a normal postal system, as less flights are available to carry our goods to you.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
All duties and taxes on any jewellery that needs to be paid in the country where the package lands, is up to the buyer. We do not collect duties & taxes here in the UK for customers abroad.
DOMESTIC RETURNS - UK ONLY
Returns will only be accepted if the items are in their original packaging, and have not been worn. If the items are the wrong size for you and you want another size, please post back your cost to us and we will replace.
Proof of purchase or order number will be required. Returns will only be considered if your jewellery is purchased from www.frankiryker.com
We will not accept returns based on the following:
- Jewelry that has been stolen, lost, dropped or damaged. This is covered by insurance
- Returns on custom made jewellery
- Altered items, where you have received the item for us and had your item resized
QUALITY CONTROL
We believe that we have a strict quality control of our goods before they leave us. We offer information on our ring size chart on the website for help in choosing your size and we also make you aware of the longevity of 'gold plate' and how to look after it on each page of the products pages in our website and in the footer also. Please click on the live links to read these pages.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international orders are not covered for International shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.
